Technical Data:

Application:

Used for bonding and plastering thermal insulation boards made of polystyrene and mineral wool for building insulation. Suitable for interior and exterior applications.

Surface Preparation:

The substrate should be solid, even, dry, and free from dirt and dust. Surface irregularities, cracks, pits, and other defects should be corrected with a cement leveling compound.

Mixing Instructions:

The dry mix is combined with water manually or using a low-speed electric drill at a ratio of 210-230 grams of water per 1 kg of dry mix until a uniform, plastic mass is obtained. The prepared mixture is allowed to sit for 5 minutes and then mixed again.

Application Method:

For even surfaces, apply the adhesive to the inner surface of the insulation board using a notched trowel and spread it across the entire surface. Adjust the board within 10-15 minutes. Fasten with dowels no sooner than 2-3 days after bonding. To create a reinforced layer, apply the adhesive to the board with a notched trowel, embed fiberglass mesh, and smooth it flat. Apply decorative plaster only after the surface has dried completely.

It is made with a cement-sand base and special polymer additives that ensure good adhesion to the substrate, strength, elasticity and reliability. The mix contains no harmful substances.

Storage:

Store in tightly sealed bags in a dry area on wooden pallets. Shelf life in original packaging is 6 months.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid inhaling the dry mixture. In case of eye contact, rinse with water and consult a doctor.
