Purpose of Rotplast Universal Gypsum Plaster:

Used for leveling gypsum, brick, concrete, aerated concrete, foam block, and drywall surfaces. The gypsum plaster mix provides a smooth surface. For interior use in dry rooms.

Preparation:

The surface should be dry, solid, and free from dust, dirt, lime, old wallpaper, and paint residues. Pre-treat the surface with a deep-penetrating primer to reduce water absorption.

Mixing Rotplast Universal Gypsum Plaster:

Mix the dry plaster with water manually or using a low-speed electric drill at a ratio of 480-510 ml of water per 1 kg of dry mix until a uniform, plastic mass is achieved. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then mix again. Use the prepared mixture within 1 hour.

Application of Rotplast Universal Gypsum Plaster:

Apply the plaster manually and level it afterward. The recommended application thickness is from 5 mm to 50 mm. For multi-layer leveling, ensure the previous layer is completely dry before applying the next.

It is made using a gypsum binder with lightweight filler and a complex of special polymer additives that ensure good adhesion to the substrate, ease of use, and reliability. The mix contains no harmful substances.

Storage:

Store in tightly sealed bags in a dry area on wooden pallets. Shelf life in original packaging is 6 months.

Safety Precautions:

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid inhaling the dry mixture. In case of eye contact, rinse with water and consult a doctor.
