Application of Ground Floor Screed for Initial Leveling:
Used for the initial leveling of concrete and cement-sand floors with guide beacons. Creates a solid foundation for the final flooring layer. Designed for interior applications.
Preparation:
The surface should be solid, dry, and free from dust, dirt, and oils. Any cracks should be opened and filled with the same mixture. Treat the substrate with a deep-penetrating primer to enhance adhesion
Mixing Instructions for Ground Floor Screed for Initial Leveling:
The dry mix is combined with water manually or using a low-speed electric drill at a ratio of 180-200 grams of water per 1 kg of dry mix until a uniform, plastic mass is obtained. The prepared mixture is allowed to sit for 5 minutes and then mixed again.
Application of Ground Floor Screed for Initial Leveling:
Apply the solution to the prepared surface (with guide beacons) and level using a straight edge. Protect the applied mixture from rapid drying (if needed, moisten with water).
It is made with a cement-sand base, fillers, and a complex of special polymer additives, which provide excellent adhesion to the substrate, high strength, and workability. The mix contains no harmful substances.

Storage:
Store in tightly sealed bags in a dry area on wooden pallets. Shelf life in original packaging is 6 months.
