Technical Data for Gravity Gypsum Self-Leveling Floor:
Application of Gravity Gypsum Self-Leveling Floor:
Used for the final leveling of concrete and cement-sand floor substrates in dry rooms, providing a suitable base for coverings such as ceramic tile, textile carpets, linoleum, and parquet. Suitable for underfloor heating systems. For interior use in dry environments.
The substrate should be dry, solid, and free from dust, dirt, and lime, and any weak sections should be removed mechanically. Cracks in the substrate should be opened and filled with the same mixture. Pre-treat the surface with a deep-penetrating primer, and highly absorbent surfaces should be primed twice.
Mixing Instructions for Gravity Gypsum Self-Leveling Floor:
The dry mix is combined with water manually or using a low-speed electric drill at a ratio of 300-350 grams of water per 1 kg of dry mix until a uniform, plastic mass is obtained. The prepared mixture is allowed to sit for 5 minutes and then mixed again. The prepared mix should be used within 25-30 minutes.
Application Method for Gravity Gypsum Self-Leveling Floor:
Pour the prepared solution evenly and continuously to the desired height, avoiding application breaks. Distribute the mixture across the surface with a notched trowel. Complete the application on the designated area within 20-30 minutes. To remove air bubbles, roll the freshly applied surface with a spiked roller.
It is made with a gypsum-sand base, fillers, and a complex of special polymer additives that ensure excellent adhesion to the substrate, strength, and reliability in application. The mix contains no harmful substances.
