Principle of operation of the Alit plastering machine:

The Alit plastering machine is connected to the power supply (380V, 50Hz, 3 phases, PE) and the water main according to the Operating Manual. A dry mix that meets the technical specifications is loaded into the station's hopper. Attention! Do not overload the plastering machine; monitor the weight of the mix in the hopper. The consistency of the solution is adjusted according to the Operating Manual.

The plastering machine prepares the solution with the specified consistency and transports it through the hose to the application area using the same drive.

The dry mix can be fed into the plastering machine automatically using the Stirex Vortex V140 pneumatic system, transport hoses, and a sensor-equipped cap. This function significantly reduces labor costs and increases the speed of work.

The Alit plastering machine is used for preparing and applying solutions made from factory-produced dry building mixes based on gypsum or cement binders. The dry building mix must have factory labeling indicating its suitability for use with mixing mortar pumps (plastering machines) of rotor/screw type. The dry mix should have a particle size of no more than 5 mm. Before using the dry mix, we recommend consulting the Seller for additional advice.

During operation and maintenance, always use personal protective equipment: construction boots, gloves, goggles, ear protection, etc. Never neglect the use of personal protective equipment. Remember, if you use materials that do not meet the technical specifications of the machine, it may lead to equipment failure, reduced performance, shorter lifespan of the screw pair, and increased risk of harm to human health.
